Forget the overpriced and westernised Ramen stores in the city center. This is the best bowl of noodles you can get in Oxford.- Meal type

There are several Japanese/Sushi restaurants on Cowley Road, but from my experiences of Sushi is the best! Food was fresh, delicious, and well presented! The service was quick, friendly and kind! The restaurant itself is very clean with a delightful atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting soon!!

Takoyaki(octopus balls) where the freshest and softest with that crunch. Chicken gyoza - deliciously crunchy and juicy.
Absolutely lovely place! From now on this is my favorite sushi place in Oxford for dine in or take away! And their prawn tempura sushi - is another level.
This place guys, you definitely need to visit! next time you in Oxford skip the Sushi corner or Taberu sushi, and come over to this family running place. Only 4 month on the market so they need a bit of more advertisement.- Service

I’m glad to visited this restaurant, the quality of the food was really good. Salmon nigiris were good and well made. Tempura, gyozas, we enjoyed every bite of them. If you fancy some sushis, this restaurant is a good recommendation for a meal.

Very authentic Chinese handmade kungfu Ramen with slow cooked beef soup. We are originally from China and are so happy that we are able to enjoy the delicious authentic food here in Oxford. Love small cold dishes too. Some are very delicious like the small cold dishes at DingTaiFung in London.

Amazing meal and fantastic service. We had the tamaki sushi hand rolls as a starter and the knife cut noodle ramen soup - just delicious and so flavoursome. Great to have stumbled on the restaurant and will definitely return!

Finally found the authentic Chinese Kungfu noodle in Oxford 🙂 Their noodle is really good. Definitely worth a try! But its cash only service is not very convenient 😑

While passing through Oxford. We were delighted to discovered this restaurant. The Lan Zhou Noodles are genuinely authentic, remind myself of those we enjoy in China. We also had prawn dumplings and squid, of all which were exceptional delicious. The owners are wonderful as well. If you find yourself in Oxford and are craving some truly amazing noodles tis is the place to go.

Got skewers, cola, braised beef brisket noodle, and oil splashed beef noodles. The flavor was not that intense but it's still delicious. I wanted it to be spicier so I had to take the chili oil and soy sauce from another table since ours didn't have one. £33.40 for all. Overall, good service, good atmosphere and good food!

This place is so underrated. The sushi is spectular, especially the tuna is such high quality, I was shocked to see the place wasn't full on a Saturday night considering this might be the best sushi restaurant in Oxford! Tuna sashimi and pumpkin croquettes were definetely my highlight. The staff is lovely and very attentive.

A very nice friendly little place, with some of the best sushi in Oxford. We got the superior platter and it was excellent, would definitely recomment Sushi Yi to anyone. The salmon and the scalops were amazing.

I had a really long day and the handpulled noodle in beef soup warmed my soul, so good. Generous portion size! It doesnt look vety inviting from the outside but I can highly recommend
